Chiefs win!! Brent's Grizzly Adams look is almost gone!!!! We went to go watch the Chiefs game w/him today and lo and behold---his ex-wife, Kristen, and his oldest, Brianna, were outside w/him and Kristen was shaving his beard off!! Got almost all of it down to about a 3 day growth for him and a very lopsided, bushy mustache! He had enough at that point and we went in to watch the game. Something was very odd though!
And what was it you ask?? I will tell. He was wearing a Woodson Raiders jersey!!! The hell you say!!!! I say, "Hell yes!! He was!" This was the same jersey the boy tried to take home yesterday, but for some reason he was attached to it!! How it got there in his room I do not know! But he had it on today! Anyone who knows Brent knows that he hates the Raiders more than most of his hated teams!! He was pained when the girl scored a Raiders jersey. But it was the Raiders so she really only wore it to piss him off (as any normal teenager would do!)
Finished the night by going to my first step-father's house for dinner. The boy, the girl, the uncle, myself , Jake and Rose. It was nice to catch up and have some laughs over flying sleds and plunges into Oak Park's water fountains. Thanks again for the dinner and laughs!!
